​Group Size
A group is defined as

• 9 or more passengers traveling together either on the same or different flight(s) to a common vacation destination;

• 8 or more passengers booked in a group cruise created by JADAR Travel and Cruise.

 

Deposit/Reservation Details
On acceptance of a quote, or on booking a group travel option,  JADAR Travel and Cruise require a non-refundable deposit per passenger to secure a group booking reservation.                  

• The minimum group size is 9 passengers.                 

• Names and full balance payment are required a minimum of six weeks before the date of departure, or as required by the travel vendor carrier. Failure to pay the full balance by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation.

• Cancellations within 6 weeks of departure will incur a 100% fare penalty.

• Any request for a refund of taxes will incur an administration charge per passenger per sector.

• Names can be changed free of charge up to 6 days before the outbound travel date.

• Names that are changed within 6 days of departure will incur a $50.00 penalty per person. Name changes cannot be made once travel has commenced.

• If vendor cancellation and penalty rules vary from the above and are more restrictive, the vendor’s rules take precedence.

 

Itinerary Changes Within 6 weeks of Departure

• One change may be made to either the outbound OR inbound flight/s - subject to any difference in fare plus a $50.00 penalty (or the penalty imposed by vendor carrier) per person per sector/s changed.  

 

Luggage
Luggage allowance and restrictions are determined and governed by the rules of the vendor carrier.

 

How To Make a Payment
JADAR Travel and Cruise does not hold customer funds. All payments are processed directly with the vendor after the customer supplies payment information and authorizes the JADAR Travel and Cruise representative to process payment.  Refunds, if available will be handled directly by the vendor and processed directly to the customer’s payment instrument account.  Please contact us at 770-755-1656, at www.jadartravels.com, or at llabeach@jadartravels.com to authorize payment.
 

Payment can be made using any of the following:

• Credit Cards - All major credit cards are accepted.

• Debit Cards – when processed as a credit card.

 

Travel Insurance
JADAR Travel and Cruise strongly recommends that all groups are in possession of adequate travel insurance - as should your travel plans be canceled your flights and other vacation options purchased may be non-refundable in whole or in part.
